For example, we were keen to deliver 24/7 productivity and increased value for money to our customers, so we invested in an industrial laser cutter with huge additional capacity that can run automatically through the night.

This way, customers benefit from much shorter lead times for their laser cut products – and aren’t paying for our lights, heating and operators.

Mindful of a world that is moving beyond ferrous metal, we invested in a nitrogen generator, enabling us to not only laser cut steel, but also aluminium, brass and Zintec too.

Determined to confirm our Board’s long-standing commitment to environmentally responsible business, we also replaced our existing fluorescent lighting with low-energy LED bulbs, and moved over to Euro 6 emissions-compliant delivery vehicles.

Our skilled team of designers can take your drawings in a range of formats – including sketches or samples – and rapidly convert them into CAD/CAM files, from which the finished fabrications can easily be produced.

From these simple initial customer drawings, we’ve manufactured car seats, chassis, cages, control units, switchgear cabinets, lockers, audio desks, trays, panels, doors – in fact, almost anything you can think of – from laser cuttable materials.
